Last October I purchased my new dressage partner, a BIG grey gelding. Going into a NJ Winter with no ability to fully bathe Poe, I then purchased virtually every waterless shampoo/cleaner on the market in my obsessive quest to Keep this grey behemoth relatively spotless.
After 6 months of spraying and scrubbing, the only equine waterless shampoo still in my groom-kit is YOUR product, CLEANSED Waterproof Shampoo and Spot Remover. It’s the only one of all the products tried that I've made a secondary purchase. Now that Spring is arriving, I’ve just purchased your Sparkle Clarifying Shampoo and Intensive Conditioner. Looking forward to trying these on him for his regular warm weather bathing.

I have a couple grey horses (white ) this product has been amazing in getting per and poo stains off quickly. Smells great too! I use a soft moistened towel and spray the stains, rubs right out!

Grey/White coats can be tough, and this is exactly how Cleansed is meant to be used. That damp towel + spray makes all the difference.

Cleansed makes a fast grooming job out of a horse that’s just come out of a field looking like a hippo. It works great on those mucky spots and stains great… but also saves so much time by just doing a very light spritz on the horse followed by a good curry and brushing and a damp cloth rub to finish. It’s the best time saver. And I use it on my dogs just as frequently as the horses, especially when it’s not bath weather! The picture below was a four minute grooming job for what it’s worth…

My horse was temporarily having some digestive issues and would love some less than desirable runny streaks on her hind end. This stuff was not irritating at all and cleaned it up so quick! So grateful to have this product at that time. Daya-to-day its fantastic to get her looking sharp pre-ride.

I can't believe how quickly this works! Just spray and literally with the first wipe with a wet cloth, the dirt is gone! My gray gelding looks fabulous and the smell is good too
I love this product, especially for my grey horse. It easily gets dirty spots and stains out and makes it so easy to keep him nice looking without constantly have to bath him! It’s also cowdog approved!
I tried this on a few green spots on my grey horse's knees with middling results. The knees went from light green to light yellow, even after using the product twice. Sponged on water would have done just as well, and if I were going to a show, I still would have had to wash his legs with regular shampoo.

The green color comes from plant pigments (like chlorophyll) that bind tightly to the hair shaft. As those pigments begin to lift, they often oxidize — which is why they can shift from green to yellow before fully disappearing.
Because CLEANSED is formulated with gentle plant-based cleansers rather than bleaches or optical brighteners, it focuses on safely lifting dirt, sweat, and most stains while being kind to the coat and skin. Very set grass stains, especially on light horses, can sometimes require a few passes or a full shampoo for complete removal. A helpful trick is to let the spray sit for about 20–30 seconds before wiping with a damp cloth or sponge so the cleansers have time to break down the stain. The Cleansed product is a perfect daily use to make our pony look his very best. It is easy to use and smells so good! It’s perfect for a quick touch up before going into a day of competing.
I love everything The Gilded Paddock carries, but this is definitely one of my favorites. The waterless shampoo makes cleaning up my mud loving gelding so effortless on the days where I don’t have time to fully bathe him. It smells AMAZING and his coat and skin have never looked better.
I tried this waterless shampoo at the perfect time. When the weather is a little strange where my mare would sweat with a work out and get covered in mud in turn out and the arena- but it was still really too cold to shower her with any frequency. Waterless shampoo to the rescue. So easy to use, smells delicious, and really can lift those saddle marks or any Dried sweat and the left over dust after a curry and a brush. I don’t have a grey, but if I did, I’d have this in my back pocket. I can’t recommend this product enough!!
I absolutely love this product!! The research behind it and the ingredients are top notch! Works so well and easy to use. This is something I will be keeping in my grooming kit at all times for my horses.
