Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed.  If your order comes in on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed within 2 weekdays.  You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail from us when your order is being prepared to be shipped.

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK UP:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for orders over $70 for addresses within 10 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.  You can also choose to pick up your items.  Just leave your contact information and in the notes section, identify you will pick up.

Orders placed before 2pm during store hours Monday - Friday will be delivered within 3 days (weekdays). Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Deliveries Within United States 

We offer Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders, with rates calculated by the total weight of your items. Available delivery options will appear at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are subject to a $12 return-to-sender fee, plus the cost of reshipping to the corrected address.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, The Gilded Paddock is no longer responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
If you’re concerned about delivery security, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout.

Most USPS and UPS services include up to $100 of carrier insurance by default. Additional insurance can be purchased to increase your coverage.

If a package is lost before being marked as delivered (i.e., during transit), we’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

The Gilded Paddock is a small business, and there may be times where shipping could be delayed an extra day or two.  We will always call/email or try to reach out to you if there is going to be any delay. All shipments may encounter delays (by the carrier) due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS
Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations can be applied for once we provide confirmation.
