Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed.  If your order comes in on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed within 2 weekdays.  You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail from us when your order has been shipped.

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK UP:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for orders over $50 for addresses within 10 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.  You can also choose to pick up your items.  Just leave your contact information and in the notes section, identify you will pick up.

Orders placed before noon during store hours Monday - Friday will be delivered within 3 days (weekdays). Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Deliveries Within United States 

We currently offer Standard Shipping on all domestic (US only) Standard Shipping. Shipping will be calculated via weight of the total order.  Selection for delivery options will display.

Orders over $70 total qualify for FREE domestic (US only) Standard shipping.

Please double check that your delivery address is correct. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses is subject to a return-to-sender fee of $12 as well as a redelivery charge to resend your parcel to the correct delivery address.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

The Gilded Paddock is a small business, and there may be times where shipping could be delayed an extra day or two.  We will always call/email or try to reach out to you if there is going to be any delay.


All shipments may encounter delays (by the carrier) due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS
Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations can be applied for once we provide confirmation.
