Ylang Ylang essential oil is derived from the flowers of the Cananga odorata tree. It has a sweet, floral aroma that is both exotic and captivating.

We use Ylang Ylang III, as it has the deepest aroma of distilled Ylang Ylang oils; it is sweet, floral and mildly spicy, with a noticeable balsamic/woody body note. Grade III is the heaviest, most voluptuous of all the Ylang Ylangs, containing the densest sesquiterpene molecules that are concentrated toward the end of the distillation process.
